This is my first Wholesome Whole Foods blog carnival – I’ve posted a recipe for a savoury Apple Maple Walnut loaf that is great with cheese. I like the flavours in your kale salad recipe – I didn’t realise you could serve kale without cooking it. Thanks for hosting and have a lovely weekend.

I’ve linked up a post that chats about vegetarian food choices in restaurants and a recipe for injera, a fun sourdough flatbread I have discovered in Ethiopian restaurants. Yum!
