I’ve always wanted to learn a lot more about organ meats and what to do with liver, tongue, heart and more. We’ve recently started using oxtail, which is really tasty!

My FAVORITE cut of meat to indulge in is filet mignon. (Or tenderloin or whatever it’s called when you buy it from the butcher.) I rarely get to eat it, but savor it when I do. YUM! But I do want to learn about preparing organ meats because they scare me but I know they’re very nutritious and nourishing.

My favourite kind of meat strangely enough would have to be cheap cuts of meat! I love the delicious stews you can make with them! Beef stroganoff- yum!

Hi, Michelle!

I was a vegetarian for a LONG time. But even then I would sometimes make an exception – especially if eggs, coffee, and a diner were involved – for crispy bacon. So I’d have to say that technically, that’s my favorite kind of meat. (But I would love to expand my horizons!)
