Welcome to Two For Tuesdays!

What is Two For Tuesdays is a collaborative hosted blog carnival or travelling carnie (as we like to call it) among (so  far) four awesome bloggers who love real food. The great thing about Two For Tuesdays is that anyone with a blog can participate! It’s not just for “foodie” bloggers! It’s open to anyone with a blog!

For a longer description of Two For Tuesdays have a look at Alex’s description.

Who are the other real food bloggers?As mentioned earlier there are so far four of us who host Two For Tuesdays (at the same time). We blog real food and love it!

-> Alex from amoderatelife.com (the creator of this very carnival)

-> Beth Stedman from bethstedman.com

-> Heather from girlichef.blogspot.com

-> (Myself) Michelle from HealthFoodLover.com

So what happens in this carnival? Well put simply we all post two recipes- it can be one recipe you can adapt two ways or it can be two recipes. All depends on what you want to post!

And how does it work? So once we have our two recipes posted on our blogs we go to either one of the four real food bloggers and add our link into the widget (below), then link back to this post or the other bloggers post where you added your widget to and then just leave a comment telling everyone what you shared. Pretty easy!

The great thing about this collaborative carnival is that your link will show up on all four of our blogs! Plus if everyone links back correctly then there is more chance of others finding your post!

You can upload that image below (my 24t’s blog button) to your blog (instead of a text link) to link back if you like.

What am I sharing? This week for Two for Tuesdays I have two great recipes (in one post):

Baked Eggplant Chips with Tahini, Lemon and Honey Dip!

I’m looking forward to reading and seeing your posts!!

This posts Sponsor: I am please to have a great purveyor of
cake stands called Become as this post's sponsor! They provide
you with great elegant cake stands (as well as many other
products) to beautifully preset your food. And who wouldn't want
a cake if it is in a lovely french cake stand? Food does seem to
taste better when it looks fabulous. Makes me want to make a lemon
meringue pie or berry-custard tart (something really pretty)
just to show it off!

Speaking of french cakes and stands have a look at this chocolate
french cake (not mine..but oh I wish)..the best bit about that
recipe? Doesn't use refined sugar and it has a gluten free version
too!

Hi Everyone.

Welcome to this weeks Two For Tuesday!

I posted a post with two recipes: an crispy eggplant chip recipe and a dip to go with it made with tahini, honey and lemon.

I hope you all enjoy the carnival and have fun!
