Recipe: Grilled Nectarine with Honey & Natural Yoghurt
Makes: 1 or 2 serves
- 1 white nectarine
- 1 tbsp. butter or coconut oil
- full fat natural yoghurt
- raw honey
Cut the nectarine in half and remove the pit. Grill the nectarine halves in a pan on both sides until lightly browned. Serve with a tablespoon or so of full fat natural yoghurt and a dash of honey.
