I posted about my recent travels to China. I stayed with family in Changzhou (near Shanghai) and visited a wonderful fresh food market as well as a supermarket.

I posted an incredibly delicious, but also incredibly simple recipe for one of our family favorites : strawberry toast. It works well with all kind of breads (in fact, I first had it with a really earthy whole grain bread) and you can always swap out the mascarpone cheese for Greek yogurt, cream cheese, or ricotta. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
