I’ve linked my very favorite Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad. The flavours are amazing and it makes a great hot weather meal. I also have my Vegetarian Foodie Fridays carnival going on for anyone who has a vegetarian-friendly recipe or food related or health post.

Hi Michele! Happy friday to you and thanks for sharing your space and some real food love with us! My post is another Bittman recipe that I “traditionalized”…Everyday Sourdough Pancakes that I cooked for the girls in honor of the beginning of summer! Hugs! Alex
