Last Weeks Wholesome Highlights:

There were are always great posts in each edition of wholesome whole foods…these are my Wholesome Highlights from last week.

Lacie share the story of her first time having raw milk! Definitely worth a read.

Have a read about Kelly The Kitchen Kop’s almost butter fight!

Aubree posted a great recipe for a spicy cherry salsa! It looks really delicious!

Christy posted a really delicious-sounding recipe for scallops in a cream sauce with vegetables!

I also couldn’t go past the Coconut Mama’s recipe for Sprouted Quinoa Tortilla! Her sprouted recipes are always so inspring!

Hi Michelle! Thanks for sharing the real food love and your amazing space with us! My article this week is another great Bittman recipe for brussel sprouts that turned me from a hater into a lover! Of course, bacon was involved! It is a must try for anyone who is on the fence about the sprout! Love ya! Alex

If you’re like me, kohlrabi (and what to do with those dang bulbs) has been something of a mystery. I’m happy to share two recipes this week that have taken my kohlrabi from the dark, dingy recesses of the fridge and put them in the centerpiece of our dinner table. Enjoy!
